Job Description

Bookkeeper (JB5035)
Sunninghill, Johannesburg
R15 000 - R20 000 CTC per month
Permanent

Are you ready to grow your career in a dynamic, international environment? We’re looking for a proactive and capable individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper who will also assist with Administrative Support.
This role serves companies in Australia, requiring flexibility to align with their business hours.

Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or certification in bookkeeping/accounting.
3 or more years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks.
Tech-savvy with excellent attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication abilities and a client-focused mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt to flexible working hours in a dynamic, internationally focused environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Maintain financial records using platforms like Xero or QuickBooks.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Manage payroll processing and compliance.
Assist with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

Administrative Support:
Facilitate client onboarding by setting up accounts, collecting documentation, and providing system training. Maintain accurate records and address client queries promptly.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including account setup, training schedules, and access to tools, ensuring smooth integration. Keep onboarding records up to date.
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support team operations and efficiency.
