Matrosure Group in Durban is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Financial Service Agent-Entry Level. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, processing insurance applications, and assisting with policy renewals and claims processing.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers in choosing the right insurance products based on their needs
- Process insurance applications accurately and efficiently
- Assist with policy renewals and premium payments
- Handle claims processing and follow-up with customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings

Requirements:

- Minimum of Matric qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry
