Job Description
Salary: R18,000 – R22,000
An industry leader in industrial pumps and dosing equipment for water and wastewater industries is seeking a qualified Fitter to join their team on a renewable 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair industrial pumps, dosing equipment, and high-pressure systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure systems are functioning optimally in the water and wastewater industries.
Collaborate with team members and document work activities.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience in pumps and high-pressure equipment.
Education: Fitter Qualification and Trade Test Certificate.
Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with dosing equipment.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp for communication.
Other: Valid Code EB driver’s license and clear criminal/ITC records.
Personality Traits:
Professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and analytical problem solver.
