A Security Officer Grade C is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. This role requires vigilance, quick response to incidents, and adherence to security protocols.
Duties will include.
• Patrol and Monitor Premises
• Manage access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Verify identification and credentials of visitors and employees.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action.
• Report and document security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences.
• Provide assistance/ directions to visitors and staff.
• Prepare detailed reports on activities and incidents.
• Participate in emergency response drills and training sessions.
• Assist in the evacuation of premises during emergencies.

Qualification & Skills
• Valid grade C certification (Psira)
• Valid Drivers License and PDP will be advantageous.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen observation skills and ability to notice irregularities.
Working Conditions
• Shifts work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• May involve indoor and outdoor duties in various weather conditions.
