Our client is seeking a creative, experienced, dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketer, to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Experience in specialising in posts and reels for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Ideal Candidate will have a proven track record in social media marketing, strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset
• Passion for content creation, particularly for short-form videos and posts on social media
• Strong portfolio showcasing posts and short-form video content
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Expertise in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of platform-specific content trends and best practices
• Creativity, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Key Performance Areas
• This role involves developing and executing social media marketing strategies in line with the company’s short, medium and long-term strategies and goals
• Content strategy and planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Conduct audience research to identify trends, preferences, and behaviours to optimise content performance
- Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent and on-brand posting schedule
• Content creation:
- Create compelling posts, reels, and stories that resonate with target audiences
- Write captions, hashtags, and post copy optimised for each platform
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos for reels and TikTok
• Platform optimisation:
- Stay up to date with platform trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maximise reach and engagement
- Use platform analytics to measure performance and optimise content strategies
• Community engagement:
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly to foster community and brand loyalty
