Key Responsibilities:
Manage dispatch schedules, coordinate drivers, and monitor shipments.
Use dispatch software, GPS tracking, and logistics platforms effectively.
Communicate with team members and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and incident reports.
Proactively identify potential delays and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or related fields.
Proficiency with remote work tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work flexible hours and manage time zone differences.
Reliable internet connection and backup options.
Familiarity with U.S. business practices is a plus.
