Security Operational Officer

Location: Barberton Mpumalanga
Position: Security Operational Officer
Salary bracket is between R500 132 to R676 654 per annum
We are currently looking for result orientated and skilled candidates.
Successful candidates must be medically fit and have the following
Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate or relevant educational Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Policing, security, military studies or will be advantageous
Standard Training in policing, security or military environment is advantageous
PSIRA Grade A registered (if not then in place within 1 month of employment)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Security/law enforcement/military environment
Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning, managing and executing security/ law enforcement/military operations
Experience in intelligence management advantageous.
Working knowledge of the Firearms Act
Must have firearm competency
Staff management experience
Computer literacy with knowledge of the complete MS package and communication
Sound planning, administration, interpersonal communication and client liaison skills are required
Strong leadership and organizational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
Successfully undergo polygraph examination before employment and on a regular basis
No Criminal record (Police Clearance form if available)
Must have great communication skills
Valid Certificate of physical fitness
Valid Driver’s Licence with own reliable vehicle
Must be aged between 30 – 45 years
