Job Description
We are looking for self-motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-based structure. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the branding, gifting, and clothing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients to promote YB Group’s products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Present and pitch our branding, gifting, and clothing solutions to businesses and individuals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and networking.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the YB Group team to ensure seamless order processing and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (experience in branding, corporate gifting, or clothing is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Own transport and smartphone for client communication.
