An opportunity has arisen for a General Restaurant Manager at a trendy casual dining restaurant in Hazelwood Pretoria. We are in search of individuals with a minimum of 10 years of experience in restaurant management. A solid grasp of general restaurant operating procedures is required, along with the ability to manage both front and back of house effectively. Candidates must exhibit a positive attitude and possess an outgoing personality. Fluency in English is mandatory, and only those with a loyal employment history and excellent references will be considered. Proficiency in staff management and training, stock control, and the execution of opening and closing procedures is essential. Additional responsibilities will include restaurant administration. We seek a passionate, hardworking individual who is driven to succeed and who can perform well under pressure while leading a team. Strong customer relations skills are also necessary. The salary offered is between R 25 and R 30 K net.
