Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual looking to grow in a dynamic commercial environment? We’re looking for a Commercial Assistant to support our clients sales and operations team!
Competitive Salary & Benefits:
Salary: R8,000 – R15,000 (based on experience)
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 07:45 – 16:45
Friday: 07:45 – 15:45
Immediate Start Available!
Key Responsibilities:
Document & File Management: Organizing and maintaining records, quotations, and files (both electronic & physical).
Sales Support: Assisting with quotes, tracking leads, managing key accounts, and following up on payments.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Administrative Support: General office tasks, delivering goods to customers, and attending client meetings.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Matric with Mathematics
Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans preferred)
Technical School Background (Advantageous)
Roofing Industry Experience (Preferred)
Proactive, Accountable & Ready to Grow!
