Job Description
National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Project Management.
Minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience as Site Agent/contracts manager with creditable references.
Registration with SACPCMP will be to your advantage.
Must have management experience in the following fields, project integration, project scope, project time management, cost, quality, HR, communication, risk, and procurement management.
Must have technical experience in Civil and building infrastructure.
Must have the ability to deal with and manage subcontractors and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring project deadlines are met, in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Prepare and present progress reports, and status updates to clients and senior management.
Implementing improvements and demonstrating initiative.
Estimate material usage on site/placing orders.
Budget and cost Management.
