We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Supervisor to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving performance, and ensuring branch targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
Monitor individual and team sales performance, ensuring monthly targets are achieved.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and guidance to enhance sales techniques.
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and improve customer experience.
Track and analyse sales reports, providing regular updates to management.
Foster a positive, goal-oriented team environment that encourages success.
Requirements:
Experience in sales and leadership is essential.
