Job Description

• Identify, qualify and follow up on potential leads to expand our client base
• Establish aand maintains strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Analyse market trends aand competitors to identify new business opportunities and strategies
• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet revenue goals
• Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and pitches tailored to client needs
• Attend industry events, conferences and exhibitions to connect with potential clients and partners
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline progress and performance metrics

Qualifications and skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
• Proven experiences in business development, sales or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management
• Ability to work independently, take initiatives and meet targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel when required
