Corporate Sales Manager (JB5132)
Sandton, Gauteng
R55 000 to R59 500 a month + R14 000 a month Travel Allowance
Guaranteed 13th Cheque + Provident fund 100% Employer Paid + Medical Aid 100% Employer Paid

A leading international airline is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market share within the corporate sector. The role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, negotiating key corporate agreements, and guiding the sales team to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will leverage market intelligence, implement sales strategies, and build strong corporate relationships in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Minimum Requirements:
A three-year degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field (Honours degree is advantageous)
8+ years of commercial or sales experience
5 years in a managerial role within the airline or travel industry
Strong background in corporate travel sales, market analysis, and revenue management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong understanding of corporate travel and airline industry trends
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
Valid driver’s license required

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies accordingly
Negotiate and manage corporate agency agreements to optimize revenue.
Oversee business travel agent performance, using data-driven insights
Prepare sales reports, budgets, and business plans
Lead marketing initiatives, including roadshows and corporate promotions
Build and maintain strong corporate client relationships
Coach and mentor sales staff on corporate sales strategies
Manage corporate marketing funds to ensure effective allocation
