Role Description
We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to manage and grow our existing customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision makers and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and grow existing customer relationships: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our footprint within key accounts.
· Identify new business opportunities: Prospect for new business within existing accounts and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products or services.
· Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels within the customers organization.
· Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements that meet or exceed revenue targets.
· Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in key account sales or a related field.
Industry knowledge: Knowledge and experience within the FMCG industry, market trends and retail environment essential.
Sales skills: Proven sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
Other skills:
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
· Ability to do costings, pricing and GP calculations on a high level.
Language skills: Proficiency in multiple languages would be required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be an advantage.
Technical skills: Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools would be an advantage

*Only candidates currently residing within the Western Cape (Cape Town and surrounds) will be considered for this position.
Salary: Basic 15 000 - 20 000 negotiable for the right canditate
