Job Description
• Plan and oversee sales targets for regional sales Representatives
• Build and maintain relationships with Sales Reps
• Investigate Sales Reps needs and wants to keep up with Sales reps needs and assist in substantially growing the business
• Serve as a contact person for Sales Reps and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to all relevant brand guidelines
• Track, measure and evaluate sales metrics and trends
• Generate tools and ideas for improving Sales Reps experience providing our products and services
• Ensure ordered stock is delivered in a timely manner
• Resolve complaints in an effective and respectful way
• Gather, report and communicate sales reps feedback on service, technology and product delivery
• Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
• Daily/weekly/monthly reporting
• Office administration/Finance responsibilities
Qualification/Skills
Completed BCom degree in Accounting/Finance
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to manage a sales team
