Job Description

Location: Cape Town (remote or hybrid)
Industry: Information technology
Salary: R70k – R80k p/m neg on exp
Type: Contractor role – Full-time
Start date: Preferably asap or after notice period

Main role: Implement and optimise Field Service solutions while serving as a technical
Requirements:
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Field Service (preferred)
• 3+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Experience with Field Service mobile solutions
• Power Platform configuration experience (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Background in resource scheduling optimization
• Knowledge of IoT integration with Field Service
• Experience in Agile implementation methodologies
• Demonstrated expertise with Field Service plugins development and customization
• Proven experience implementing Dual Write solutions
• Strong technical presentation and client communication skills
• Experience of gathering and documenting client requirements
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Implement and configure Microsoft Field Service solutions for enterprise clients
• Provide expertise on Field Service plugins and Dual Write functionality
• Lead client-facing technical discussions and requirements gathering sessions
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Configure custom plugins to extend Field Service capabilities
• Design and implement Dual Write scenarios connecting Field Service with Finance and Operations
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams
