Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coding Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic growth in programming and computational thinking. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to mentor students, and a commitment to curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs.

Duties

Develop and implement coding lesson plans that align with educational standards and meet the needs of all students.
You can use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment.
Mentor students in various programming languages and topics, including Python, Java, Web Development, Data Structures, and Algorithm Design.
Assess student progress through coding projects, quizzes, and hands-on activities, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the computer science curriculum and share best practices.
Provide academic advising and support to students, guiding them in their journey toward mastering coding skills.
Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Experience

Proven experience in teaching or mentoring roles is preferred.
Strong background in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Experience in curriculum development or integrating real-world coding applications into lessons is a plus.
Familiarity with classroom management strategies that promote an inclusive learning environment.
