Job Description

To efficiently manage and coordinate appointments between clients and technicians, ensuring smooth scheduling, effective and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm appointments between clients and technicians.
Maintain and update appointment calendars to optimise technician availability.
Communicate appointment details to both clients and technicians.
Handle rescheduling and cancellation, ensuring minimal disruption.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have the necessary details and materials before appointments.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all scheduled appointments.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as responding to inquiries, updating customer records and managing emails.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for feedback or additional service requirements.

Qualification and experience
Matric
Relevant Diploma/Degree
Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service (1-3 years)
