Job Description
As an Account Manager (AM) at Ello Technology, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong relationship-building. Your responsibilities will include:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
• Customer Satisfaction: Provide timely and effective support, exceeding client expectations.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the main contact for resolving client issues and coordinating technical support.
• Account Growth: Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition opportunities to drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth.
• Customer Advocacy: Represent client needs within Ello Technology to improve service delivery.
• Proactive Communication: Anticipate client needs and offer proactive recommendations.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success and Technical Teams for seamless service delivery.
• Retention & Renewal: Ensure clients receive value from services, leading to contract renewals.
• Reporting: Provide updates to management on account performance, satisfaction levels, and risks.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary & Commission Structure
• Basic Salary: R15,000 CTC per month.
• Performance-based commission on MRR growth.
• Quarterly commission pay-outs for new sign-ups
Annual Bonus Structure
• 85-89 Points: 5% of annual salary (Meets Expectations).
• 90-94 Points: 8% of annual salary (Exceeds Expectations).
• 95-100 Points: 10% of annual salary (Exceptional Performance).
Additional Incentives
• Company-wide Customer Retention Bonus (up to 10% of annual salary).
• Company-wide MRR Target Achievement Bonus (up to 10% of annual salary).
