As a Retail Sales Associate at Better People, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store atmosphere. You will play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:
*Customer Service:
-Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
-Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
*Sales:
-Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
-Promote special offers and promotions.
*Product Knowledge:
-Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services.
-Stay up-to-date on new product releases and promotions.
-Share product knowledge with customers and colleagues.
*Teamwork:

-Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualification:
-Proven experience in retail sales or a related customer service role (specify minimum years preferred, e.g., 1-2 years).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong customer service orientation.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-SA ID/Passport.
