Maintenance Assistant

A market leader in the Screen and Digital Printing Industry is looking for a young, go getter who has the passion, skills, knowledge and aptitude for general maintenance and mechanics.
This position is based in Newlands, Gauteng
Requirements:
• A good understanding of mechanical systems, components and general maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical component fittings, assembly, manufacturing, and general maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on all levels.
• A motivated, self–starter, who is ready to take on new challenges and is willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Advantageous
• National Diploma Diesel/Motor Mechanics
• Experience working with mechanical systems and general maintenance.
