Completed LLB degree
Completed Articles and Admitted as an Attorney
Rights of Appearance in the High Court
Post Admission Experience in litigation
Experience Required:
Completed Articles
3+ Years Post Admission Experience
Computer Skills Required:
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...)
Legal Suite
Windeed, Lexis Nexis etc
Skills Required:
Competence in civil litigation processes
Able to confidently and professionally engage with Clients
Attention to detail and able to draft agreements and pleadings
Excellent organizational and administration skills
Time management
Proven ability to work independently without supervision
Work in a large team
Confident and eloquent public speaker (good handle primarily of the English language and additional local languages is advantageous)
Salary: R25 000+ (Negotiable)
