We are looking for a motivated and dedicated **Internal Sales Consultant** to support our on-the-road sales representatives by handling key internal sales tasks. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our external sales reps, calling customers, logging calls, capturing valuable feedback, and ensuring seamless communication between the field and office. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist external sales reps by calling customers and prospects to establish and maintain relationships.
- Log all calls and document customer interactions accurately in our call trackers.
- Provide feedback from customer calls and share valuable insights with the team.
- Prospect new customers and follow up on leads to expand our customer base.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their needs and requirements.
- Follow up on delivery schedules and quotations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle all general internal sales duties as required.

**Requirements:**
- **2+ years of experience** in cold calling or sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong problem-solving skills – someone who doesn’t just follow a script but uses their head to get the job done.
- A high level of initiative, self-motivation, and a hardworking attitude.
- Own reliable transport to commute within the Randburg area.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with great communication skills.
