Job Description

Senior HR Manager (JB5142)
Sandton Central, Johannesburg
R75 000 - R100 000 CTC per month
Permanent

A diversified conglomerate is seeking an HR Senior Manager to oversee key functions within the Corporate Administration and HR department. The role requires an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources, general affairs, and payroll management for a diverse, multinational workforce.

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant HR related degree (Honours or Masters preferred).
8 or more years of experience as an HR Manager at Executive level.
Proven expertise in human resources, general affairs, and payroll management for a diverse, multinational workforce.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily HR operations and administrative functions.
Maintain and update employee records on the HRIS.
Oversee payroll preparation and liaise with the outsourced payroll service provider.
Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys.
Handle employee requests regarding HR policies and procedures.
Manage grievance and complaint procedures.
Support corporate administration functions as required.
Conduct initial orientation for new hires.
Facilitate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Regularly liaise with the global senior management team to align HR strategies with corporate objectives.
Available for international travel if necessary.
