Job Description

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will manage workshop operations, ensure quality control, maintain inventory, oversee safety protocols, and support staff training. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision and Leadership: Manage and supervise workshop staff, completing work efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with company guidelines, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Inventory and Equipment Management: Track and manage workshop supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure the workshop is well-
stocked and equipment is properly maintained.
• Health and Safety Management: Enforce health and safety standards, conduct training, and address any safety issues promptly.
• Budget and Cost Control: Help control workshop expenses by managing resources efficiently and minimizing waste.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and keep up with the
latest industry advancements.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, inventory, and staff performance.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a workshop or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of quality control, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
