Dermal Beauty Therapist

We are looking for a highly skilled Aesthetic Therapist with CIDESCO and ITEC qualifications to join our team. This role requires expertise in aesthetic treatments, skincare, and wellness therapies, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform aesthetic and advanced skincare treatments, including microneedling, mesotherapy, injectables, hair treatments, and detoxifying massage therapies.
• Follow all in-store protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client care.
• Strictly adhere to orders and guidance from management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate client records, complete aftercare documentation, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and results.
• Drive sales and treatment packages, recommending the right services and products to meet client needs.
• Ensure monthly targets are met—failure to do so may result in dismissal.
• Assist with stock control, product knowledge, and weekly inventory checks.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment, upholding the reputation of the clinic.

This role is for a motivated, results-driven therapist who is passionate about aesthetics and committed to achieving both personal and team success.

The first two months will be a probationary period, during which no allowances or service commissions will be applicable—only retail commission will be earned. Upon successfully completing the required training and passing the examination, all benefits and allowances will then apply under the permanent contract.
