An upscale Italian café restaurant located in the Kurgersdorp area is in search of a senior front of house manager. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in a bustling restaurant environment and possess in-depth knowledge of restaurant floor management. Strong communication skills are crucial, as the position entails managing the entire front of house operation. Applicants should be articulate and have exceptional customer service skills. Preference will be given to those with a stable work history at previous employers, and all references must be reachable. Experience with restaurant opening and closing procedures is necessary. Key responsibilities will include managing staff, overseeing stock control, and addressing customer complaints.
