Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
Salary: R18 000 – R28 000 (Depending on experience)

Job Description:
Our client in the Milling and Animal Feed sector is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Debtors Clerk to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a solid understanding of debtors’ processes. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining a healthy cash flow for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all payments received and identify overdue accounts
Process invoices and credit notes efficiently
Assist with the creation and updating of the credit control system
Ensure timely sending of client statements
Manage debtors filing system for easy access and reference
Communicate effectively with clients regarding outstanding payments
Utilize Pastel software for daily tasks and reporting
Minimum Requirements:
National Senior Certificate (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent
3+ years of relevant debtors experience
Qualification or diploma in bookkeeping/finance (advantageous)
Strong working knowledge of Pastel (Essential)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills
