Operate and manage the maize milling plant
Oversee the milling process to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain and adhere to production targets and schedules
Train, guide, and supervise milling staff
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot production issues
Monitor and enforce compliance with OHSA, ISO, and HACCP systems
Ensure high levels of quality assurance and food safety
Maintain production records and reports
