Job Description

Ensure Quality, Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance within the company
• Invest in personal development
• Assist in Maintaining Compliance with all Required Audits
• Adhere to all the policies and procedures
• Maintain all Food Safety Records
• Define Team Outputs
• Responsible for the Review and Update of the Food Safety Manual
• Internal: All departments in the Group
• External: Suppliers, customers, consumers, auditors, regularity personnel, service provider (waste disposal, pest control, etc.)

Certifications: HACCP, ISO 22000, and Food Safety certification (e.g., CIFS, CP-FS) are desirable.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and food safety management software.
Salary:
