Home Concept is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead sales, manage operations, and support teams to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Lead Teams: Train and guide staff to achieve their best.
Support Retailers: Build strong relationships with partners and ensure excellent service.
Optimize Operations: Monitor performance and ensure smooth product delivery.
Strategic Planning: Develop plans to grow and improve the business.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in regional or operational management, preferably in retail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Be in possession of a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Flexibility to travel as required.
A proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to train, mentor, and inspire teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
