Tackle customer questions and resolve issues in a smooth, professional manner.
Your Must-Have:
At least 1 year of experience in a sales-centric role with measurable targets.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for travel, supplemented by rich knowledge of global hotspots.
Comfort with travel reservation systems (such as Amadeus experience adds bonus points).
Flexibility to embrace weekend and holiday shifts in a fast-paced retail travel environment.
