Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule Routine Maintenance: Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance for our clients’ server room equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Manage Annual Renewals: Oversee annual maintenance contract renewals, keeping our customers’ equipment covered and their services uninterrupted.
• Customer Communication: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and ensure maintenance schedules align with their operational hours.
• Monitor Equipment Health: Track equipment performance, identify potential issues, and schedule necessary repairs or upgrades before they become critical.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, renewals, and equipment status for each client.
• Ensure that all maintenance records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications:
• Experience in service scheduling including liaising with the customer, scheduling service teams, following up on any repairs that may be required
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple client schedules simultaneously while ensuring no service disruptions.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite – specifically Excel
• At least 2 years of experience in scheduling and quoting, ideally in a maintenance or facilities environment.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure
