Key Responsibilities:

Medical Aid Administration & Client Support:

• Assist clients with medical aid applications, renewals, and amendments.

•Manage claims processing and liaise with medical aid providers.

• Maintain accurate policy documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into medical aid policyholders.

• Cold call, follow up on leads, and generate new business opportunities.

•Provide expert advice on medical aid plans, benefits, and exclusions.

•Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

Keep detailed and accurate client records using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical aid administration and/or sales.

Sales-Driven Mindset: A passion for sales with a proven track record of closing deals.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical aid schemes, policies, and claims processes.

Regulatory Compliance: RE Exam certification and other relevant qualifications are highly beneficial.

Exceptional Communication: Ability to engage, persuade, and build trust with clients.
