Job Description

My client is a customer service company that specialises in home and office moves. They are adding members to their team who can provide top customer service and support, as well as completing all administrative tasks related to performing the role. Must be a team player who works well with others and has a passion for customer service and problem solving.
Tasks:
• Convert inbound quote requests into sales
• Problem solve client issues to convert and retain clients
• Lead by example in excellent customer service and support
• Share clients and work with other staff members
• Business development
• Represent the company in interactions with customers and the public
