Restaurant Manager - Fourways

Established Restaurant in Fourways is looking for a Restaurant Manager with 4 or more years Restaurant management experience to join the team. Applicants must have good front & back of house management experience. Ability to manage and train staff is essential. Main duties will include Restaurant floor management, customer relations, stock control and general Restaurant administration. Looking for a well-spoken candidate fluent in English. Must have strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Must be able to do cash-ups / staff rostering and must be skilled in opening and closing procedures. Looking for a well-groomed candidate who can lead a team. Must be passionate about Restaurants. Salary R 15 – 20 K net.
