Our client within the Fresh Produce industry requires an experienced Dispatch Clerk who will be responsible for analysing and planning daily dispatch to ensure timely and efficient dispatch service performance and managing of dispatch systems and processes. Ensuring the proper and timely completion of all dispatch activities. Inspecting and overseeing the inventory records of warehouses and keeping track of all inbound and outbound supplies.
Salary: Market related
Qualifications:
• Grade 12
• Production Management/Logistic/Inventory Management Diploma / Degree Qualification an advantage
• Valid Forklift License
Job Requirements:
• ± 3-5 years’ experience
• Excellent communication with people at all levels in the organisation
• Excellent time management
• Good interpersonal and conciliation and capacity to network with customers
• Good decision making and troubleshooting skills
• Problem solving ability, conflict management and negotiation skills
• Computer literate.
Working Conditions:
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons or emergencies or project deadlines.
