Job Description
-Achieve daily/weekly and monthly targets
-Sell and promote B-stock items
-Promote and have basic knowledge of all Decofurn's payment methods
-Ensure a high standard of customer service
-Orders to be placed and followed up in time
-Maintain high levels of telephone etiquette
-Ensuring stock is displayed as per Decofurn’s high standards
-Ensure stock is in line and symmetrical with the stock around it
-Be well-groomed and presentable.
-Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs.
-Be fully bilingual (with a third African language being beneficial).
-Giving professional presentations.
-Not buckling under pressure and be very target driven.
-Being computer literate in software such as Google Suite.
--Being calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues.
-Working well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently.
-We are looking for someone with:
Grade 12 or equivalent
-Retail sales experience (Minimum +/-2 years)
-Highly motivated and target driven
-Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
-A passion and commitment to excellent customer service
-Skilled in achieving targets and generating new leads
