BD Officer

1，Responsible for pioneering branch expansion. Taking care of representative agents development in the area of liability
2，Operate the opening of new agents according to individual goals and team goals and ensure that existing agents continue to achieve their goals.
3，Operate according to company policy and communicate the company's policy to the responsible agents.
4，Recruit agents and visit old agents to communicate company news
5，Operate in accordance with the established rules and regulations and prepare weekly, monthly performance reports and project progress report for supervisor.
6，Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
7，Proficient in Cold Calling or visiting offline
Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree or above or Diploma in any related fields.
Professional Experience:
At least 1-3 years of experience in business development or other related fields
-Experience in sales
-Experience in merchants taking will be an advantage
Others:
1，Proficient in computer skills especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
2，Good command of English is preferred.
3，Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
4，Good managerial skill, mature, proactive, highly responsible, adaptable and results-oriented
