Private Ophthalmology Practice. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our Ophthalmology practice. In this role, you will greet patients and their families, manage appointment scheduling, and send reminders for upcoming appointments. You will efficiently coordinate and schedule specialist consultations while ensuring a positive patient experience by addressing their needs and answering questions with care. Your responsibilities will also include handling incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages from patients in a timely and professional manner, assisting with filing medical records, and processing consultation payments. You will use Goodx medical software and email systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information, as well as juggle multiple phone calls and patient inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. Additionally, you will ensure the front desk and waiting areas are tidy, welcoming, and well-organized. Qualifications include matriculation, and we offer a competitive, market-related salary.
