Job Description

This is a new position.
The incumbent will be required to promote the sales of its coffins and caskets as well as its product range to undertakers and funeral directors within the regions of each Branch as well nationally.
The manufacturing Base is in Duban, Hammarsdale. With 13 Branches located as follows:
1. Bethlehem
2. Bloemfontein
3. Cape Town
4. Centurion
5. Devland
6. Durban
7. East London
8. Ermelo
9. Ladysmith
10. Mthatha
11. Pietermaritzburg
12. Polokwane
13. Queenstown
We are seeking an individual that has:
1. Has a qualification in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
2. A valid driver’s licence and had been driving for more than 2 years.
3. Computer literate – must be able to work on MS Office.
4. Must speak fluently and write smartly and professionally as this person represents the Company.
5. Must be able to work with multimedia platforms, WhatsApp, Face Book and Instagram.
6. Must be able to promote sales for each branch and the Head office at a national level.
7. Be able to draft policy and targets with strategic plans.
8. Able to compile reports and stats on each region and provide strategic information of market changes, developments, changes and preferences in products as if differs from region to region, identify critical challenges and opportunities. New entrants to the market from a customer to a competition point of view.
9. Must be willing to travel and be away from home for periods of time.
10. Must be responsible and professional with sober habits.
11. Must be able to anticipate trends and provide guidance and direction to Branches as well as the Head office.
12. Must be able to take care of Company Assets, manage and use them in a mature and responsible manner.
13. To be able to hold online conference, direct and in direct marketing to customers, hold conference and marketing campaigns, assist in marketing designs and promotions.
14. Must be able to do road shows.
As this is a new position, the company will invest in a motor car, panel van or suitable vehicle, Cell phone and laptop. The candidate must be able to prove him / herself as there is going to be a huge outlay of costs Salary is dependable on expectation, education, experience and previous sales performance.

Please note that the Candidate for this position can be based at any one of our National Branches and report to Head Office on a regular basis.
