Work Schedule: 6-day work week (Available to work as the business requires especially with Exhibitions as this sometimes require long hours ,weekend and Public Holidays)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our tele-sales and exhibits division. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills and sales expertise, capable of driving revenue through effective marketing strategies and direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee tele-sales operations, ensuring high-performance sales conversions.
Plan and manage exhibits, showcasing PSI-SUPER’s premium products at events.
Develop and implement strategic direct marketing initiatives to increase brand reach.
Lead and train sales teams to maximize efficiency and customer engagement.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
Analyze sales trends, providing insights to improve overall performance.
Ensure adherence to company standards in branding, sales pitches, and product representation.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role.
Proven expertise in tele-sales, exhibits essential
Experience in Direct Marketing (Advantageous)
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license (essential).
Ability to work six days a week in line with business operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for luxury branding and consumer engagement.
