Managing employer’s client relationships, as well as developing new business from existing clients and seeking out new clients
LOCATION: Bayhead, Durban
INDUSTRY: Electro Mechanical Repairs and Manufacturing

Main Duties include:
• Services existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning
and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and
other trade factors
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade
factor.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as
daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions;
preparing reports; making recommendations to management
• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new
business
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
participating in professional societies
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Criteria:
• Certificate/Diploma in Marketing and / or Sales Management – or similar
• 5 years Sales and Marketing experience in a similar or related industry
• SHEQ Management (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001)
