Job Description

Hotel Sales Executive.

Distinguished Luxury Hotel & Resort Group - Pretoria or Johannesburg.

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? A leading hotel group is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team!

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ hotel sales experience working with corporate and government clients.
A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation to closing sales within an assigned territory and sector.
Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with personal and business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate reports and pipeline management to track success.

Critical Skills & Requirements:

Computer literacy – Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Salesforce experience preferred).
Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) with professional communication skills.
Ability to handle client concerns professionally and go the extra mile.

Minimum Qualifications:

Relevant diploma OR 1–2 years’ experience in hotel/tourism industry sales.
PC literacy and knowledge of industry systems.
