Job Description
They are looking for a Social Media and Online Co-ordinator who will co-ordinate and manage the multiple company brands online presence
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate and manage multiple company brands online presence:
• manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
• oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms.
• create engaging multimedia content.
• develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organisation and brand.
• form key beneficial relationships with companies across the social media platforms.
• undertake audience research.
• manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
• monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms.
• research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques.
• analyse competitor activity.
• recommend improvements to increase performance.
• set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
• work within the approved budget for social media activities.
• encourage collaboration across teams and departments.
• Posting press, images and updating information on company websites and app.
• Seek and encourage interaction with other online brands and platforms to increase company presence.
• Assist with the coordination and organisation of all events:
• Provide assistance/support to the Brand and Marketing Manager

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years online and social media digital marketing experience.
- Experience with relevant design and social media programs:
o Canva
o Mailchimp
o Scheduling programs such as Later.com
o Analytics and Reporting
o All social media platforms
o Google my business
o WordPress
