About the Role

A CFO is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of a company.

Responsibilities

Looking for an experienced and strategic CFO to lead all financial aspects of our company
Financial planning – Formulate and execute financial strategies for long-term business objectives – Budgets/Targets/Pricing
Evaluate investment opportunities, capital structure, and cost management initiatives
Cash flow management – Month-end preparations/inter-company cross-charges / Loan account reconciliation
Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to both local and international financial regulations, tax laws
Experience in ERP systems
Collaborate with senior management to integrate all divisions
Analyze financial data – Cost saving / Fleet summaries / Couriers fees / Fee negotiations
Prepare detailed financial reports and present to the management team
Coordinate with external auditors
Drive initiatives that streamline financial processes, improve operational efficiency
Mentor and guide finance team – Credit limits/ Credit application reviews/overdue suppliers/month-end preparations
Engage with external partners, including investors, financial institutions, and advisors supporting the company’s strategic objectives – Trade Finance, Funding of projects, Banking
Sound knowledge of legal / contract review
In-house HR would report to this person as well

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/ economics
Postgraduate preferred
Registered with the professional institution is nice to have
10-15 years’ experience
