Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Barbers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about grooming, provide excellent customer service, and be up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques. As a Barber, you'll perform a range of services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and more, helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional haircuts, trims, fades, shaves, and beard grooming services.

Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer advice or styling suggestions.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and the overall barber shop.

Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for each client.

Manage appointment scheduling and walk-ins efficiently.

Upsell grooming products and additional services as appropriate.

Keep up with the latest grooming techniques, tools, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Barber or similar role.

Skilled in using clippers, scissors, razors, and other barber tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with modern styles, trends, and classic cuts.

Knowledge of hair and skincare products.

Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
