Job Description

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of sales agents.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train and onboard new sales team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to optimize strategies.
• Provide weekly report on stats to Management.
• Respect and adhere to company policy and ensure the team does the same.
• Manage company resources and ensure safekeeping of company materials.
• Attend to other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements & Desired skills
• Matric (Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or related field is advantageous)
• Target driven and able to produce results.
• Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience
