Job Description
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and motivated to contribute to business growth.
Role and responsibilities:
Actively sell, process, and manage work orders for client accounts.
Develop and cross-sell existing accounts with new products.
Prospect and convert new business through proactive efforts.
Resolve issues within typical workflows.
Pitch the retainer model to suitable clients.
Ideal candidate:
Thinks creatively and is solution-oriented when faced with challenges.
Understands basic sales processes.
Identifies complex problems, reviews information, and implements effective solutions.
Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
Able to listen to and understand client needs, translating them into briefs for the creative studio.
